1. About Online Games Play

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of onlinegamesplay.fun, including its browser games, software, content, functionality and related services.

Online Games Play is operated by Oleksandr Nykoliak, an Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) registered under the laws of Ukraine.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing or using Online Games Play, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website.

3. The Service

Online Games Play provides access to browser-based games and related digital content. Games are generally available directly through a supported web browser without requiring registration or software installation.

We may add, modify, update, improve, replace, temporarily suspend or remove games, features, functionality or other Website content at any time.

4. Ownership of the Website and Games

All games published and made available through Online Games Play are owned by Oleksandr Nykoliak, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The games, their original software implementation, source code, object code, scripts, interfaces, original graphics, visual elements, layouts, game assets created for the games, text, documentation and other original elements created for Online Games Play are the intellectual property of Oleksandr Nykoliak.

The Online Games Play Website, including its architecture, software development, backend and frontend implementation, original source code, database structures, Website design, user interface, branding, logos, graphics, text and original content, is also owned by Oleksandr Nykoliak.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Website, any game, source code, design, content or other intellectual property to any user.

Third-party software libraries, frameworks, fonts, technologies or other components, if used, remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

5. Limited License to Use the Games

Subject to these Terms, Online Games Play grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable permission to access the Website and play the games for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

6. Restrictions on Games, Code and Content

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms or your infringement of the intellectual property or other rights of another person.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection, privacy or other rights that may apply to users under the laws of their country or jurisdiction of residence.

21. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or the Website that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled by the competent courts of Ukraine in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.

This provision does not deprive consumers of any mandatory right to bring proceedings before another competent court where such right is granted by applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Website, games, business operations, legal requirements or other relevant circumstances change. The latest version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised when appropriate.
